Darcy Henry - Getaway Yogis
Monthly Yoga pop-ups
Darcy Henry hosts a monthly yoga class at the TVFCO that focuses on our exact programming and the muscle groups we have been targeting. She will bring her years of knowledge and expertise to the area and we are so thrilled to have her on our team.
Darcy fell into yoga by accident while training for endurance events, and never looked back. What started as a recovery tool quickly became a path to healing and transformation. Diagnosed with a chronic illness in 2012, she turned to yoga and meditation to manage stress and has remained medication-free ever since.
With certifications in Rocket, Sculpt, Forrest, Restorative, and Power yoga, Darcy brings both structure and soul to every class. She left her corporate job in 2019 to follow her passion full-time and now leads classes locally in Texas and globally on retreat.
When she’s not on the mat, she’s hiking Colorado trails, doing CrossFit, or traveling with her family.
