At The Village Fit Co., we practice hybrid functional strength and conditioning.

That means we combine structured strength training, conditioning, athletic movement, mobility, plyometrics, and recovery-focused offerings like Mat Pilates into coach-led classes designed for real life.

We are not a DIY gym.

Our Strength and Conditioning class blends:

Our strength and conditioning classes blend functional strength training, conditioning, athletic movement, mobility, plyometrics, and intentional programming designed to help you move well, get stronger, and build real-life fitness.

Our Mat Pilates class blends:

Strengthen, lengthen, and reconnect with your body in our Mat Pilates classes at The Village Fit Co. These low-impact classes focus on core strength, mobility, posture, breath work, and intentional movement — helping you move better both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re recovering, slowing things down, getting back into fitness, or wanting to strengthen the muscles we often neglect, this class is for you. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more connected, and refreshed. Designed for both men and women.

Our Plyometrics Class:

Our Plyometrics classes focus on explosive, athletic movement designed to build power, speed, coordination, and strength. Using jumping mechanics, Olympic lifts, kettlebells, sprint work, and functional training, you’ll learn to move like an athlete while building a strong, resilient body for longevity. Every class is thoughtfully programmed and coached so you can build strength safely, move without pain, and see measurable progress over time

HOW DO CLASSES WORK?

Each 60-minute class includes:

• Dynamic warm-up
• Strength focus
• Conditioning piece

All fitness levels are welcome. Every movement can be scaled up or down. You will be coached, corrected, and encouraged every step of the way.

Outside of scheduled classes, members have access to open gym for additional training.
